For individuals

Understand what your record supports now and what it may support next.

Your achievements, current status, career plans, and prior filings form one chronology. Cedar evaluates the record in that context, with particular focus on O-1, EB-1A, National Interest Waiver, and related employment-based strategies.

What Cedar evaluates

Cedar begins with the objective, the present status, and the complete record. The question is not how many documents can be collected. It is which facts support the relevant legal standard, where the record is vulnerable, and whether another category or timing decision would produce a stronger position.

When the category deserves another look

A record changes over time. New work, recognition, funding, leadership, commercial impact, publications, patents, or independent reliance may alter what can be argued. A change in employment or family circumstances may also change which path is practical. Category strategy should be revisited when the facts change, not only when a filing deadline arrives.

Matters within this path

  • O-1 extraordinary-ability matters
  • EB-1A extraordinary-ability matters
  • National Interest Waivers
  • Employment-based category strategy
  • Founder and entrepreneur immigration
  • Investor matters confirmed by Cedar
  • Family immigration
